Didn't glow as bright as we hoped, we purchased them for our homecoming so it would be a sea of blue and white and they weren't even noticeable, our loss. Maybe if you were in a completely dark room they might have been ok but didn't meet our needs. They did come really fast and were packaged really good. We wouldn't buy them again.
